We are evaluating and adjusting our scheduling on an ongoing basis. For your convenience we accept all major US debit/credit cards, HSA/FSA cards and of course cash. We do not accept insurance, however, we provide a super-bill you may submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement.

The "per visit" fee includes an exam, diagnosis, and baseline treatment. If your exam reveals that you need advanced treatment, testing or procedures then additional prices may apply.
